Hospital Policies

Walk-in clients are welcome; however appointments are strongly recommended. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority followed by patients with previously scheduled appointments.

Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, cash and personal checks. We also accept CareCredit, a medical billing service offering interest free payments over time.

Patient Arrival Policy

For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms. All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier. For everyone’s safety, please allow our trained staff to help restrain your pet during examinations.

Complimentary First Exam

This special offer applies to new families/clients only. It does not include walk-in visits, emergencies or multiple pet visits. Clients need to be on time or 10 min early to fill out registration form. A 24-hr cancellation policy applies and is a one-time offer.
